Who Is the Enemy of Peace?

Who Is the Enemy of Peace?

The Ramat Shlomo plan came just days after the Israeli defence ministry ratcheted up Palestinian anxiety by announcing 112 apartments would be built at an Israeli settlement on the occupied West Bank.

Despite its OTT nature, Biden’s language proved useful. It served as a starting point from which to measure the arc of American anger and embarrassment by the end of the day.

The Vice-President made the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, wait for 90 minutes before joining him for dinner and he publicly “condemned” the decision by a government for which earlier in they day, it seemed he would lay down his life and those of his children. “We must build an atmosphere to support negotiations – not to complicate them,” he said.

In a sense, Israel had few major allies left to offend this week. It had already caused anger in London, Dublin, Canberra, Paris and Berlin with the abuse of the passports of those countries as cover for Mossad agents in an assassination in Dubai in January. One Israeli minister had infuriated Ankara by making an aside to a TV camera, explaining he had deliberately sat the Turkish ambassador on a lower chair to humiliate him. All of that was after disquiet over the conduct of the Israeli military in its invasion of Gaza early last year.

But would they rile the US, too?

How Many Skyscrapers To House The UK Population?

Burj Dubai, a super tall skyscraper under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the tallest man-made structure ever built, at 818m (2,684 ft). Construction began on 21 September 2004, and the tower is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by the end of 2009.

If such a building was built for housing people how many 3 bedroom apartments do you think it could sustain?

How many people would it therefore be capable of sustaining?

How many of these skyscrapers would be required to house the entire UK population?

How much land area would be required to sustain the calculated number of skyscrapers?

Why Benazir was so special in Pakistan?

I am not here to critisize but just to understand.

She along with her husband were accused by the Swiss, French and Polish government of money laudering.

She had a huge mansion in South London, in France, an apartment in Manhattan, and Dubai. She had such a lavish life in exile, while many people in Pakistan were strugling to survive.

I say this because the money she got was from the pakistani people, indireclty came from the taxes you paid in Pakistan.

It was dicovered that her family had more than U$1 Billion in swiss bank accounts….

And why she was loved in Pakistan? People see her like an angel now?

In my opinion politicians who are corrupt don;t really care about their people, what really matter is money and power.

du in Discovery Gardens?

Hello,
I just entered an apartment in Discovery Gardens, Dubai. I have been explained all tv, phone and broadband needs to get through du.
Yesterday, when visiting a du store, I have been explained I will have to wait 3 weeks before I can get any technician to install my connection. All because technicians are available in other dubai areas, but not in Discovery Gardens.
Moreover, there is no way to even watch tv as it needs to get through du decoder, and that satellite is forbidden.
How can there be a monopoly in Discovery Gardens, and not enough support?
Please advise if you know du and their management?
I am coming from France, and this gives such a bad vision for Dubai, far from a technology country it also hopes to become.
