My husband is offered a job in Abu dhabi. The package is quite good. The housing allowance is 220k/year. Only problem is We are not getting any decent place( preferably apartment) in that price.
At present we are in Dubai in a new building with underground parking, gym, swimming pool etc.
now my question : is there any chance of getting any 2br apartments in abudhabi preferably in a new building with all the facilities etc in this budget?
Also if we decide to stay in Dubai and commute everyday to abudhabi what would be the most convenient place to live if my husband has to work in the area called between the bridges in abudhabi. How long is the commute?
Thanks in advance.
I want to buy a house or an apartment in U.S.A. But i live in Dubai is there any real estate or agent in Dubai who can help me out to buy a property in U.S.A???
So I work in a small cafe/tearoom and by the time I finish working there next year to go to university I will have been working there for a year full time (3 years part time.) My question is that I will be entitled some holiday time, yes? I don’t even mind if it is unpaid. My aunt has an apartment in Dubai and has invited me to spend 2 weeks to a month there with her.
Do you think my wok will be okay with this, if I give them plenty of forewarning?
I am planning to move to Hong Kong (with family) for about 1 year.
Can you tell me what should be the salary of a software engineer with 7 years of experience in Oralce technologies.
What is cost of living (we are pure vegetarians)?
I will have pay for accomodation of my own.
specially what are expenses of house rent of 1/2 bedroom apartment (in Dubai/Sharjah), food, other necessary stuff ?
What should be the salary if my requirement is to save around HKD 10000 per month.
Please spare few minutes and help me out.
I have a offer of HKD 28000 per month. Is it enough.

Reel and real life dilemmas

Story:
Eighteen-year-old Emirati Hamda can’t quite fathom her feelings. On the one hand, she is bubbling with excitement, but the long journey to meet her boyfriend Saeed at a secret apartment in Dubai gives her enough time to ride on her guilt. Amnah, a friend one year her senior, is covering up for her, but why did she try to dissuade Hamda from the date?
As Hamda’s car stops at a traffic light, a policeman on a motorcycle pulls up by her side. He just throws a glance in her direction, but for Hamda, anxiousness gives way to a sense of panic. The green light gets them going and a relieved Hamda switches on the radio. But when she hears the Quran, she quickly flips the channel.
Moral dilemma
While Hamda’s moral dilemma between what is right and wrong may be a gripping scene from Emirati filmmaker Nayla Al Khaja’s upcoming film Once, there is no mistaking the real message behind the reel: the dangers that a young girl from the Arab world lays herself open to while planning a secret date.
