Someone from Dubai is calling my house and harassing me. We can’t really afford many phone features? What can I do to stop him from calling and harassing me? He is leaving obscene phone calls and he won’t stop calling me.
But they speak english!

CHEAP CALLS TO INDIA FROM DUBAI

I am wanting to to use a VOIP in Abu Dhabi to make and receive calls to and from the US with a US phone number. What kind of connections or VPNs are necessary to bypass Etisalat or Ud? I am looking for answers from people that have actually used VOIP recently in UAE and what they have found works best.
