I have been offered a job for 8000 AED per month in Dubai, and the company will take care of shared transportation and accomodation for 1800 AED. Which means i have 6200 AED for other expenses and savings. Is this a decent sum, taking into consideration i’m an MBA from a top B-School in India? Will i be able to save and send some money home?

I cant really find out much apart from the obvious online about the company. The job is working in trusts and is commission based as far as I can see. There also seems something up about the fact they want me to pay my own flight out there. Maybe this is normal in business I’m not sure anybody any information?

i have completed my MBA and was placed in a leading company in dubai through campus recruitment. the offer was 5000 dhirhams with accomodation and travel with a good profile. but they say that i will have to wait for my degree certificate for the visa. i have been waiting for six months now. im not sure whether it is worth waiting for this job for so long. my degree certificate will take another two months to come.

I am interested in job in UAE, I have experience in Highway design and construction field work in USA and Canada. where can I get info about the US baised companies working in DUBAI, so I can apply here and confirm a job before leaving for dubai. also if I work for US company what will be the status of my taxes will they report my salary to the US gov ?, I mean do I have to receive net pay for full pay before taxes.
