My left arm has been tingling from my collar bone to my fingers (like it is about to fall ‘asleep’). The severity comes and goes but the sensation is always present. It has been going on for about a week now. There is no pain and it does not appear affect my motor skills (I can still write & drive & pick things up, etc.) I think I have just pinched a nerve in my neck/shoulder but can not be sure since there was no traumatic event I can associate with the vague beginning of this odd condition.

I would like (a) some ‘professional’ opinions on what could be causing this sensation and (b) what kind of medical/massage/acupuncture treatment I should seek. I live in Dubai and although there is a plethora of medical professionals, the terms medical & professional are used lightly when referring to many of their expertise. So with the help of yahoo answers I’m hoping to narrow down which branch of the medical tree I should be looking to for diagnosis/treatment.

Curlin is great, his running style fits classic distances perfectly, and he certainly has tremendous ability. But, other than his turf race he hasn’t had to really fight rivals down the stretch with the kind of gutsy performances that nearly break track records in the US*, and he lost that turf race (was close to losing second place too). Do you think the Breeders Cup Classic sets up for him to be defeated, and which contender would you play against him? Any thoughts on the pace scenario and the foreign horses?
