Located between SR84 and I-595 in Fort Lauderdale, Vertical Yacht Club Marina Mile will be the only facility in the world capable of dry-storing yachts up to 90′ in length. Within our category 5 hurricane-resistant building, each yacht will be housed in its own ‘Yacht Storage Suite’, complete with a 250 sq. ft mezzanine level for office space, storage, whatever you desire. Using patented technology developed by Vertical Yachts Storage Systems (VYSS) and utilized in our other Vertical Yacht Club locations, we are able to lift up to 90 tons (180000lbs), smoothly moving your boat from its suite to the water or from the water back to its suite in just over 10 minutes. Each unit is completely climate controlled and comes with biometric security and a foam fire suppression system to protect your investment. There will be US and European electrical hookups within each suite, and we can also provide air and humidity control inside your boat, as well. When you lease or purchase a Yacht Storage Suite, you will become a member of our yacht club, and will enjoy all the privileges and amenities you’d expect in a luxury club atmosphere…gym, spa, sauna, gourmet food & wine, hi speed internet access, valet and concierge service, and much, much more.
