I would be moving to Singapore early nxt yr from Dubai, I know Singapore is vry hot n humid all yrs round so r the houses in Singapore well air conditioned?I wud be staying in a house, s/d house or terrace house as I have dog no condos or apts…how does the air conditioning for houses work? As far as I’m aware they r fitted with split air cons n r not centrally air conditioned like Dubai, if they use split air cons r they fitted to each n every room including kitchen, dining, living . One more thing, will these a/c come as a part of rental contracts or do I need to purchase them n then get them fitted….pls advise I’m really worried about the humid part of Singapore even though it gets xtreamly hot in Dubai all house r centrally air conditioned and neve feel hot when inside
If I take job will be based near Marina, do you think this is enough money to live on ( I will get accommodation paid for 3 months) I can’t seem to find out how much an average one bed apartment will be? Does anyone know what the rental market is like, I know sales is good, but rentals I cannot find out much info? any help is appreciated. PS in that amount u would be laughed at in main areas of Bombay/Delhi ..even in suburbs its not easy..Commercial areas ruled out too.
