World Business: Last year it was apparent that many of the exhibitors at Dubais biggest property exhibition, Cityscape, were, at best, in denial. This year, following the crash, the event was, naturally, a much more subdued affair but, still to paraphrase Mark Twain, the rumours of the death of Dubais property market have been greatly exaggerated.
